Our Story
Built from the ground up in East Falls
It started with a YouTube video — “How to Make $900 a Day Cleaning Windows.” Brandon was skeptical at first, but he kept watching and learning everything he could. Soon he and his longtime friend Kev were researching equipment, building a custom trailer rig, and forming KB Exterior Washing LLC.
Both grew up attending St. Bridget’s School in East Falls, and both spent years in union and maintenance work. KB is the business they’re building from the ground up — and it shows in the care they put into every job.
Today, KB serves homes and businesses across Northwest Philadelphia and the greater metro, from quick driveway washes to recurring commercial window contracts.
